Mayne Cottage

This cottage is situated in the historical village of Polruan with its many meandering streets. In the village there is Crumpets the tea room a village shop two pubs and a working boat yard which are all a few minutes walk away from the cottage. The village dates back to the 1300s and is the perfect place to unwind and watch the boats come and go in the harbour. Take the passenger ferry over to Fowey and discover some of its hidden gems including Readymoney Beach and St Catherine s Castle along with its many pubs and restaurants and a selection of independent shops. Alternatively there are plenty of boat trips to view South Cornwall from a different perspective. For children there are a range of activities nearby to indulge in such as Woody s Mountain Bike park the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens. The property is approached through a porch with storage space for walking boots and coats.
