Perfectly suited to couples families and groups, it’s an inviting space for Cornwall breaks throughout the year.  At the heart of the coastal holiday cottage is the generous open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, complemented by a cosy snug area.  The cleaver layout creates a relaxed yet sociable space and works just as well for romantic escapes as it does for family holidays and group stays.  The lounge features luxurious seating, a Smart TV and a warming wood burning stove - perfect for relaxation.  The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine and American style Fridge Freezer.  Enjoy casual breakfasts at the bar or gather around the Dining table for leisurely meals.  A useful utility room sits just off the kitchen, adding the sense of space and practicality, particularly for the walkers, surfers and golfers in your group throughout the on and off season.  One of the stand out features is the ground floor Cinema room.  Complete with a 65” Smart TV, Sonos surround sound, LED mood lighting, a large U-shaped sofa and bean bags, it is the perfect place for cosy movie nights.  A contemporary Wet Room and WC complete the ground floor.  Upstairs three beautifully presented bedrooms continue the sense of comfort and space.  The Master Bedroom offers a king-size bed, Smart Tv and enjoys views of the golf course and its own en-suite shower room, while a second King size bedroom also includes a Smart TV.  The third bedroom - also with golf course views - features twin 2’6” single beds and a Smart Tv, making the layout ideal for groups or couples holidaying together.  A stylish bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC completes the first floor layout.

Outside, double French doors from the living room and dining areas open onto a private south facing garden, with a large sundeck style patio.  With an outdoor seating area and BBQ, it is perfect for al-fresco dining, whilst the enclosed space offers peace of mind for guests booking a dog-friendly holiday cottage.  The Games room annex provides Table Football and storage for wetsuits, surfboards and Bodyboards.  Private off-road parking for two cars is available at the front of the property.  Bude town centre and it’s beaches are all within a 10-15 minute walk away.  The wider North Cornwall coastline is easily accessible by car.
