Bag End

Bag End is a three bedroom house for six in Bude, with two double rooms and a bunk room sharing two bathrooms, a layout suited to a family rather than three couples wanting equal privacy. Two separate lounges give the group more than one place to spread out, useful when six guests are sharing the house over a longer stay.

A gas wood burner-effect fire is included, and the enclosed garden has a barbecue for evenings outside. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and a washing machine are also provided, covering the basics for a full week. The kitchen has an electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, coffee machine and tumble dryer, and the snug has a Smart TV and DVD. Dogs are not accepted.

Crooklets Beach, Bude's main surf beach, is 500m away, Summerleaze Beach, with its tidal sea pool, is 700m, and Northcott Mouth is 0.9 miles. Bude town centre, a golf course and further amenities are within walking distance, and the wider town sits at the midpoint of over 30 miles of the South West Coast Path. Stratton is the nearest named town.

**Best for:** Families wanting a bunk room, two lounges, an enclosed garden and two beaches within walking distance.

**Less good for:** Three couples wanting a bathroom each, or anyone bringing a dog.
