Chilton is a three-bedroom cottage on West Fairholme Road in Bude, north Cornwall. It sleeps 6 guests across a king-size bedroom with TV, a double, and a twin. A first-floor bathroom has a bath with shower over, and a ground-floor wet room with walk-in shower adds accessibility.

The kitchen comes with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, and dishwasher. A separate dining room and sitting room give the house a traditional layout, with 2 TVs and WiFi. Gas central heating keeps the property warm. A utility room provides extra storage. Bude town centre is within walking distance, with shops 0.7 miles and pubs 0.6 miles from the cottage. The 19th-century Bude Canal, used for kayaking and flat-water swimming, starts at the harbour. The South West Coast Path runs in both directions from town, covering over 30 miles of north Cornwall coastline.

Best for a family of six wanting ground-floor wet-room access and EV charging on site. Less good for anyone wanting to walk straight onto sand, since both Crooklets and Summerleaze beaches are about 0.6 miles away through town.
