Driftwood is a terraced property on Maer Lane in Bude, sleeping up to six guests across two bedrooms and a sofa bed. The cottage sits within walking distance of the town centre, with shops, pubs, and the beach all roughly 0.6 miles away.

The ground floor has two bedrooms - one double and one twin - plus a bathroom. The sitting room includes a double sofa bed for additional sleeping. The kitchen has a dining area and comes with a fridge, microwave, TV with Freeview, and WiFi. A shared laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryer is accessible with a provided key. Books, games, and DVDs are available.

A patio area and shared garden provide outdoor space. There is no private parking at the property. A highchair and travel cot are available for families with young children.

Northcott Mouth Beach, a dog-friendly rocky beach with the natural tidal formation known as the Devil's Cauldron, is 800 metres away. Crooklets Beach - Bude's main surf beach with golden sand, a cafe, showers, and RNLI lifeguard cover - is 900 metres. Summerleaze Beach, with its tidal sea pool, is 0.9 miles. The Bude Canal runs inland from the harbour and is used for kayaking and flat-water swimming.
