2 Summerleaze

2 Summerleaze is a detached, single-storey lodge on Aways Holiday Park at Maer, close to Bude. It has three bedrooms and sleeps six: a king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, and two twins that share a separate shower room; one twin room can also be set up as a super-king. The king-size bedroom also has its own dressing room.

The open-plan living space holds the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with sliding doors opening onto a decked balcony. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, and there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

At the back is an enclosed garden with a paved patio and furniture, and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Disposable barbecues and similar are not allowed on site, and smoking is not allowed either.

The shop is 0.8 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and a lake 0.9 miles. In Bude there are the Bude Sea Pool, The Castle Bude and stretches of the South West Coast Path.

The lodge suits a family of six or two couples sharing, and is best for guests with a single dog rather than a group of them.
