Less than 10 miles south is lively Newquay, known for its world-famous surf beaches, festivals, and nightlife. It’s a favourite for families wanting a traditional British seaside holiday. Just over 6 miles north is Padstow, an equally famous but more upmarket resort town renowned for its excellent dining scene with celebrity chef-owned restaurants.

Inside this beautiful old-stone cottage, you’ll find a fabulous bespoke kitchen. Carefully designed to make the most of the space, this lovely room features sleek equipment, clever storage, exposed brick and a beamed ceiling. Next, wander through to the lounge, dominated by the lovely sofa before a wood burner, the perfect place to relax on chilly evenings. Beyond the lounge sits an intimate dining area which opens onto the patio. The bathroom completes the ground floor. Climb the stairs to the first floor and discover the romantic main bedroom open to the stairway and separated by a curtain with an intricately carved bed frame and sloping ceiling. Leading off this bedroom is a cosy twin room.

French doors lead from the dining area onto a south-facing patio with a seating area and BBQ. Steps lead up to the enclosed garden with more seating and a lawn area bordered by mature shrubs and flowers.
