Cloakroom. First-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove

Oil central heating. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster. Smart TV, DVD player, radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent but please supply own logs and kindling for the woodburner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed rear courtyard with furniture and unlocked storage. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles.
