Alpha is a four-bedroom house in St Minver, a village about a mile inland from Rock on the Camel Estuary. The property sleeps 8 across a ground-floor king-size, a ground-floor twin, an upper king-size and a family room with 4 single beds. Two pets are welcome, with a per-pet fee of 25 pounds.

The open-plan living space has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. A utility room and study provide additional space. Three bathrooms serve the bedrooms - en-suites to two of the rooms plus a separate ground-floor shower room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and two fridge-freezers. Two Smart TVs are fitted.

Lawned gardens surround the property, with a patio for outdoor seating. Off-road parking fits 3 cars. Polzeath Beach - a half-mile sandy surf beach with multiple surf schools and seasonal lifeguards - is 3.4 km away. Greenaway Beach, a quieter cove between Polzeath and Daymer Bay with rock pools, is 4 km distant.

St Minver sits at the junction of lanes leading to Rock, Polzeath and Wadebridge, providing access to several beaches without committing to one. The Camel Trail is accessible from Wadebridge (3 miles south), and the Rock water taxi crosses to Padstow. Port Isaac is about 8 miles north.
