The Old Wagon House

The Old Wagon House is a two-bedroom cottage in Downderry on the south-east Cornwall coast, sleeping four across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cottage sits in the coastal village with garden, parking and a dog-friendly layout.

Inside, the layout covers two bedrooms served by two bathrooms, giving room for two couples or a small family without the usual morning queue. A dishwasher, washing machine and wifi are included, and the ground floor is accessible. The kitchen and living space are set up for self-catering.

Outside, the garden sits to the rear of the cottage with space for outdoor dining. Parking is on site. Downderry's beach is on the doorstep at low tide, opening out onto the long stretch of Whitsand Bay for swimming and beach combing. Seaton Beach sits around 1 mile west along the coast for a sandier alternative, and Freathy Beach is further along the bay.

Downderry is a village along the south-east Cornwall coast with a local store, pubs and a surf club. Looe sits around 6 miles west with its harbour and fishing boats, and Polperro lies a short distance beyond. Plymouth and the Tamar Valley are accessible to the east. The South West Coast Path runs through the village for walking in both directions along the cliffs.
