Rock Pool is a ground-floor 2-bedroom apartment in Downderry sleeping 4 with 2 bathrooms, designed throughout for accessibility. The layout includes a wet room, underfloor heating, and level access - practical for guests with reduced mobility. An EV charger is fitted in the parking area, and the garden has a BBQ. Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine are also included. No pets. Saturday changeover, with check-in from 4:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am. A cot and a highchair are available.

Downderry Beach is 500m away - a quiet shingle and sand beach on the south Cornwall coast that remains relatively uncrowded. Plaidy Beach is 3 miles and East Looe Beach is 3.7 miles, giving access to the Looe estuary town with its fishing quay and independent shops. Seaton Beach is also within easy range for a low-tide walk along the sand.

The southeast Cornwall coastline here is less visited than the west, with good cliff path walking and sea views toward Plymouth Sound on clear days.

Ideal for couples or small families needing accessible, level-access accommodation near a quiet beach on the south coast. Also suits EV drivers wanting guaranteed charging. Not great for those with dogs.
