2 Morweth View is a ground-floor home in the coastal village of Downderry, sleeping four. The shop and the pub are each 0.1 mile away.

The open-plan room combines the kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. Central heating and WiFi are provided, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The double bedroom has an en-suite bath with a shower over, a basin and WC, and the twin bedroom uses a separate shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, an enclosed patio and lawned area has furniture. Parking is off the road at the front and takes one car.

One dog is welcome, and dogs can visit the beach all year. Confirm the pet policy when booking. Smoking is not permitted. During June, July and August only week-long stays are accepted. From Downderry, Looe is 6 miles, Liskeard 10 miles, Polperro 11 miles and Plymouth 18 miles.

It suits couples, two friends or a small family with one dog. It is less good for anyone wanting a short break in high summer, or for a second car, as there is space for one.
