Built in the grounds of the old school at Padstow, this delightful holiday cottage offers fresh, bright and spacious accommodation for families, couples and friends seeking a relaxing getaway close to the bustling harbour. Padstow has a wealth of great places to eat and drink and sits along the stunning River Camel where you can take part in fishing, boat trips, sea-life safaris and speedboat rides. Keen walkers can head along the Camel Trail which heads inland through some beautiful countryside to the historic market town of Bodmin, 15 miles away. There are some wonderful sandy beaches within easy reach of the cottage, including those at Trevone Bay, St George’s Cove, Harlyn Bay and Hawker’s Cove, all within 3 miles.

Entering this tastefully decorated holiday property the warm and inviting lounge features a Smart TV, DVD and plenty of seating, providing a great spot to sit back, watch a movie or chat about the day. When it’s time to eat, step through to the fresh and light conservatory which features a sociable dining area. The fully equipped country-style kitchen has plenty of equipment so you can rustle up all your favourite dishes. The ground floor also has a separate WC. Going upstairs, the first floor features a refreshing shower room and two airy and cosy bedrooms. The first is a lovely relaxing king-size room with views of the estuary. There are also glimpses of the estuary from the sweet and comfortable twin bedroom.

Stepping outside, there’s a pretty little patio garden behind the cottage with outdoor furniture, providing a lovely sunny spot for dining alfresco. There’s also a handy outdoor tap to wash down muddy paws. To the front of the cottage an additional paved area has further garden furniture. The front of the house overlooks a delightful shared garden.
