Stroll along the iconic and idyllic 19th century Penzance Promenade (2 miles) stretching the seafront between The Jubilee Pool and Newlyn, providing breathtaking views of Mounts Bay and Newlyn. Off the coast of Marazion, 4 miles away, lies world-famous St Michael’s Mount, a rocky island crowned by medieval church and castle, reached along a pebbled causeway at low tide. Overlooking St Michael’s Mount, Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens (2.5 miles) comprises a dramatic landscape of large-scale exotic planting and art by internationally renowned artists to explore.

Heading into the reverse-level property, you’ll find two king-size bedrooms on the ground floor, both benefiting from beautiful furnishings and décor. There is also an excellent bathroom with a thermostatic shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious open-plan kitchen/diner, with the kitchen flooded by natural light. The dining area features an urban-style dining table and chair. Next to the dining area, three wooden steps lead up to the gorgeous living room on a mezzanine level, complete with a large reclining sofa and chairs enjoying coastal views out to the harbour and beyond through the Velux windows. A telescope enables you to enjoy the views even further. Back down from the mezzanine level, there is a bathroom upstairs that features another thermostatic shower.

Outside the property, there is a cute courtyard garden with a patio, enclosed by a large, pebbled wall for perfectly private al fresco dining. There is also another seating area with a foliage border benefiting from far-reaching views out to Penzance harbour and St Michael’s Mount.

The property is also convenient for the Scillonian Ferry Terminal so whether you’re catching the ferry to the Isles of Scilly, enjoying a short break in Penzance, or exploring Cornwall’s stunning coastline, this property is the perfect base.
