A converted barn in Crowlas near Penzance, sleeping 4 guests in two upstairs bedrooms - one king-size, one twin. Dog-friendly and equipped with both a hot tub and a wood burner, the property sits within easy reach of St Michael’s Mount at Marazion (1.7 miles to Marazion Beach) and the market town of Penzance.

The open-plan ground floor pairs a sitting room with a cast iron log burner, L-shaped sofa, beanbag, and Smart TV with a dining area featuring a handmade hardwood table and bench seat. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances, and there is a dishwasher and washing machine. WiFi, a BBQ, and an open fire complete the indoor-outdoor setup.

Outside, the enclosed private garden has established planting and a picnic bench for morning coffee or evening meals. The back fence uses wire mesh to preserve views across the fields - dogs will need supervision in the garden as a result. The hot tub sits in the garden for evening soaks.

Long Rock Beach is 1.9 miles away and Eastern Green Beach 2.5 miles. Penzance’s seafront promenade, the Art Deco Jubilee Pool, and the Isles of Scilly ferry terminal are all a short drive. Free parking is on site. Maximum occupancy is 4 including infants.

Best for couples or a small family travelling with a dog, thanks to the private hot tub, wood burner and enclosed garden. Less good for groups needing more than one bathroom, since a single bathroom serves both bedrooms.
