Zephyr

Zephyr is a first-floor one-bedroom apartment in Fowey on the south Cornwall coast, new to the rental market for 2026. It sleeps two and has partial river views from the open-plan living room, with short breaks available year-round.

Inside, the apartment is light and modern, with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area leading the layout. The single bedroom and bathroom complete the flat. Wifi, dishwasher and washing machine are all included, and dogs are welcome.

Outside, the apartment has garden access as part of the building. Fowey itself is reached on a relatively level walk from the door, making it easy to head into the town for shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. There is a public slipway at Caffa Mill less than 100 yards away for launching kayaks or paddleboards.

The closest beach is Whitehouse Beach in the centre of Fowey, which is tidal and disappears at high tide. Readymoney Cove is a few minutes further on foot, with sheltered swimming and a beach cafe. The passenger ferry crosses to Polruan, and the car ferry at Caffa Mill runs to Bodinnick for Looe and Polperro. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within half an hour by car.
