37 Tamar is a reverse-level cottage at Honicombe Park near St Anns Chapel, on the Cornish side of the Tamar Valley. The property sleeps 6 guests in three bedrooms and includes access to a private hot tub, two swimming pools, a sauna and an on-site pub.

The three bedrooms - one king-size, one double and one twin - are complemented by two shower rooms, each with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The open-plan living space contains a kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and two toasters. A Smart TV and WiFi are provided, along with a selection of books. A private terrace and rear veranda extend the living space outdoors, with parking for one car.

The nearest coast is Whitsand Bay, 18.9km south - a 4-mile stretch of golden sand on the Rame Peninsula with surfing and bodyboarding. Downderry Beach, a quieter south-facing stretch of sand and shingle, lies 19km away.

Honicombe Park sits in the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, surrounded by former copper and tin mining landscapes. The historic New Bridge at Gunnislake - built in 1520 - is nearby, and the scenic Tamar Valley Line railway connects the area to Plymouth. An on-site shop, pub/restaurant, games room with table tennis and snooker, and two tennis courts round out the park's facilities.
