9 Headland Point is a first-floor apartment on Headland Road in Newquay, sleeping six across three bedrooms. The balcony faces toward Fistral Beach, roughly 700m away, with the Atlantic visible beyond.

Inside, the master double has its own en-suite walk-in shower and TV. A second double and a twin room (with zip-link option) share a main bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining space and sitting room, running through to the balcony. Fistral Beach is a 10-minute walk, while Towan Beach and Newquay harbour are about 900m in the other direction. Great Western Beach sits 1.2km away.

Newquay town centre, with its pubs, restaurants and shops, is within half a mile. The harbour area has boat trips and a Rick Stein chip shop. Cornwall Airport Newquay is 5 miles from the centre, with direct flights to London.
