A 3-storey townhouse in a residential part of central Newquay, 200 metres from Tolcarne Beach. The property sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms and sits within walking distance of the town centre, beaches, and the South West Coast Path. Storage space in the hallway accommodates surfboards and beach gear.

The ground floor holds an open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washer/dryer. Upstairs, the second floor has a double and a twin bedroom sharing a family bathroom, while the top-floor master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite shower. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine are all included.

An enclosed garden sits to the rear, and parking is directly outside the front door. Tolcarne Beach (200 m) is a cliff-sheltered crescent with a cafe on the sand and RNLI lifeguards in summer. Great Western Beach (400 m) connects to Tolcarne at low tide, with rock pools and sea caves at the cliff base. Towan Beach (800 m) is Newquay's town beach, recognisable by its island house and suspension bridge.

Fistral Beach is about a mile west, hosting international surf competitions. Newquay Zoo and Trenance Gardens are a short walk away. Padstow is under 15 miles north, and Truro - Cornwall's only city - is about 15 miles south. Dogs are welcome.

Best for surfers and beach-focused groups: the hallway surf storage and 200m walk to Tolcarne Beach suit boards and daily sand trips. Less good for guests needing step-free access, since all three bedrooms are on the second and top floors of this three-storey townhouse, with no ground-floor sleeping option.
