Two bedrooms have king-size beds; the third has twin beds that convert to a super king. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower over. A high chair, travel cot and stair gate are provided for families.

A furnished west-facing balcony extends the living space outdoors, positioned for sunset views over Fistral. The apartment has a designated parking space within the development, and a garden area is accessible on site. Fistral Beach is 500 metres away - the UK's premier surf competition venue. Crantock Beach, a wide dune-backed sandy beach where the Gannel estuary meets the sea, is 1,400 metres south.

Newquay town centre - harbour, restaurants and shops - is within walking distance. The town has 11 beaches spread along its north Cornwall coastline. Towan Beach, with its suspension-bridge island house, is 1,400 metres east. Cornwall Airport Newquay sits 5 miles from the centre.

Best for families with young children, thanks to the high chair, travel cot and stair gate plus step-free access to the living space. Less good for two families sharing, or larger groups - there's only one bathroom between all six guests.
