5 Ocean Heights is a three-storey cottage on Ulalia Road in Newquay, set back just 100 metres from Tolcarne Beach. The property has level-access facilities throughout and sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.

The ground floor has an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. A king-size bedroom on the upper floor has an en-suite shower room, and the remaining two bedrooms - a double and a twin - share a bathroom with walk-in shower. A ground-floor WC adds practical convenience. The kitchen includes an induction hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, and a Bose SoundTouch system provides entertainment alongside Freeview TV with sports channels.
