Breakers

Breakers is a second-floor apartment on Headland Road in Newquay, 700 metres from Fistral Beach. Lift access and step-free entry make it one of the few accessible holiday lets on this stretch of coast, sleeping six guests across three bedrooms.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. A double and a twin room share a separate bathroom with bath and shower over. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with a mezzanine seating area above. A gas oven and hob, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine are all included, along with WiFi and a Smart TV.

A large balcony with outdoor furniture looks out from the front of the building. Allocated parking for one car is provided. Linen, towels, fuel and power are included in the rental, and a travel cot and highchair are available for families with young children.

Fistral Beach - home to international surf competitions - is a short walk downhill. Towan Beach and Newquay Harbour sit 900 metres away, and Great Western Beach is 1.2 km along the coast. Pubs, shops and restaurants are all within 0.3 miles of the front door, making this a practical base for exploring Newquay's 11 beaches on foot.
