Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed large garden with lawn, patio, non-enclosed pond, and furniture, plus covered sitting area with fridge, electric grill, furniture, and fire pit. One well-behaved pet welcome at £25 per week (possibly two by prior arrangement). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.6 miles. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Fish pond in garden, please supervise pets and children at all times. Note: Bookings cannot be accepted with a Sunday start date.
