Cross Park Farm Cottage Luxulyan

Cross Park Farm Cottage is a single-storey stone cottage in the Luxulyan Valley for four guests. Its two bedrooms both have double beds, and two bathrooms provide separate facilities. Far-reaching countryside and woodland views are described in the existing record, and the valley itself is part of a World Heritage Site tied to the Cornish mining landscape.

Wi-Fi, parking, a washing machine, a large lawned garden and a barbecue are included, giving both double-bedroom occupants space to sit outside together. There is no dishwasher. Dogs are not accepted at this property, so guests travelling with a pet should look elsewhere. Each double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, and an outhouse holds a tumble dryer.

Carlyon Bay is 4.0 miles away, Charlestown Beach 4.4 miles from the cottage and Porthpean Beach 5.0 miles. The Eden Project is about 3 miles east and accessible by car, and Fowey is roughly 7 miles south through Lostwithiel. The village itself has a church and a pub, with the nearest supermarkets in St Austell, around 4 miles away.

**Best for:** Four guests wanting two double rooms, two bathrooms, countryside views, a large garden and full laundry facilities.

**Less good for:** Guests travelling with a dog, anyone needing a dishwasher, EV charging or step-free access.
