St. Chad's Lodge

St Chad's Lodge is a single-storey lodge on the outskirts of Luxulyan, with one king-size bedroom and a sofa bed in the living space that sleeps two guests. The property sleeps four in total. The shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC.

The open-plan living area combines the kitchen, a dining area and the sofa bed seating. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, an air fryer, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle and a toaster. The smart TV carries Netflix, Prime and Sky. WiFi, central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all covered by the rent.

Outside, a private front decking and gravelled area has furniture. Parking is off-road for 1 car, and there are 2 steps up to the lodge from the road. Children over the age of 10 or babes in arms are allowed, pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed. The shop is 0.1 miles away and the pub 0.3 miles.

The Luxulyan Valley is 1 mile away and the Eden Project 2 miles. St Austell is 4.6 miles and Bodmin 7.8 miles from the village. The lodge suits a couple, or two couples who are comfortable with one sharing the sofa bed, and it is less good for families with children under 10 because of the age rule.
