Holly Lodge Luxulyan

Holly Lodge Luxulyan is a one-bedroom lodge for two in Luxulyan. The king-size bedroom and one bathroom suit a couple. Dogs are not accepted. An enclosed garden with furniture and a barbecue provides defined outdoor space, while parking and WiFi cover practical needs. A central staircase leads up to the king-size bedroom, which has a TV and an en-suite shower room, and the lounge has a Smart TV with a Sky package. Parking is off-road for one car, and the kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine.

The lodge sits between the Eden Project and Lanhydrock House. Cardinham Woods is also nearby for cycling, while Looe, Polperro, Fowey and Charlestown make wider outings. Bugle is the nearest town. Guests should check exact driving distances before building a schedule around those attractions.

Carlyon Bay is the nearest named beach at 4.3 miles. Charlestown Beach is 4.7 miles away, followed by Porthpean Beach at 5.2 miles. These are driving trips rather than doorstep coast access. Guests who need a dishwasher, washing machine, EV charging or accessible facilities should check with the owners before booking.

Best for a couple wanting an enclosed garden and central attraction base. Less good for dog owners, car-free beach plans, laundry needs, EV drivers or visitors requiring step-free accommodation.
