Church Rooms is a three-storey cottage on Fore Street in Port Isaac, a working fishing village on the North Cornwall coast. The property sits within the tight-knit lanes of the village, close to the 14th-century harbour and the slipway where boats still launch at low tide.

Inside, three ground-floor double bedrooms each have en-suite walk-in showers and their own TV. The living spaces occupy the upper floors - a kitchen and dining area on the first floor, with a sitting room on the same level featuring a woodburning stove and a balcony. Port Gaverne Beach, a sheltered cove with rock pools and calm water for swimming, is 0.6km east on foot. Tregardock Beach, a remote sandy stretch with powerful surf, lies 5.4km along the coast.

Port Isaac's harbour area has Nathan Outlaw's Michelin-starred restaurant and several seafood spots serving crab and fish straight from the boats. The Fisherman's Friends perform sea shanties on the Platt, and the coast path in either direction leads to dramatic cliff scenery toward Port Quin and beyond.
