Crags 14

Crags 14 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at the Maenporth Estate in west Cornwall, sleeping two. The accommodation sits on one level with access via a communal foyer and a flight of stairs. The property is designed as accessible accommodation and includes on-site parking with EV charging.

Inside, the layout is open-plan with a modern kitchen, a dining area seating four, and sofas leading out through doors to a private patio. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and direct patio access, while the second bedroom has twin singles and an en-suite shower room. A second bathroom serves the master. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer are included.

Outside, the patio faces the bay and has a table and chairs. Maenporth Beach sits just below the estate - a south-facing sandy cove sheltered by headlands, with a beach cafe and kayak hire in season. The estate itself provides a shared indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, two tennis courts, and a children's play area. A hot tub is available to guests.

Falmouth is about 15 minutes away by car for the maritime museum, Pendennis Castle, and independent shops. The South West Coast Path runs above the cove, connecting north to Swanpool Beach and south through woodland towards Trebah Garden and the Helford River. Both routes take in some of the quieter corners of the south coast.
