Set out on foot with your furry friend and explore the nearby coastline on the South West Coast Path. Porthleven’s gorgeous sandy beach is only 200 metres away or walk to Loe Bar, 1.5 miles along the coast. Pay a visit to the must-see castle and tidal island, St Michaels’ Mount, at Marazion, 8 miles away. Explore the rich heritage, historic sites and art galleries in the market town of Helston, just 2 miles away, or head south along the Lizard Peninsula to Lizard Point, 13 miles away. Penzance (12 miles), Land’s End (22 miles) and St Ives (17 miles) are all close enough to explore too.

The house is on the iconic Bay View Terrace and has a large living/dining room. There’s plenty of sofa space for enjoying the views from the bay window, watching TV, or settling in for a cosy night with the wood burner on a chilly evening. There are a modern kitchen and washing facilities in the understairs cupboard on the ground floor too. Upstairs are the three bedrooms. The king and single room have amazing sea views to be enjoyed. There’s also a good-sized family bathroom on the first floor.

Relax and watch the world go by from the patio at the front of the house; it has simply stunning views. There’s something to watch any time of day – the fishermen heading out early, or pleasure boats – or just enjoy the sea views and a small slice of heaven.
