A top-floor apartment that sits beside the river, in the trees in the captivating fishing harbour in Cornwall, this is an excellent base for families or friends who want a quiet seaside holiday. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes in the centre of Looe (less than 0.5 miles) and there’s also a museum. Walking down to the seashore, you’ll find East Looe Beach (0.5 miles), which is a sheltered sandy cove, Pen Rocks (1 mile) and a coastal path (1 mile). If you head west, you’ll reach the National Trust’s Lantic Bay (8.5 miles) which is an unspoilt coastal area with a shingle beach and lots of footpaths.

This single-storey apartment is bright and airy with large windows with views through the trees. In the apartment there is a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. The fitted corner kitchen units offer enough surface space to cook a special meal for your family. Near a window, adjacent to the kitchen, there is a wooden table and chairs. Moving through the room, you’ll then reach a leather sofa and two chairs surrounding a wide window with tranquil views. There are two bedrooms in this apartment; the master bedroom contains a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a single bed on top and a double bed beneath it. Finally, there’s a family sized bathroom complete with bath which you can sink into after a long day of exploring the local area.

There is pedestrian access from the property down into Looe and Kilminorth Woods (0.5 miles) is also nearby and is a lovely peaceful place to take a picnic.
