Holm Oak Cottage

Holm Oak Cottage is a three-bedroom cottage for five at Trenant Park near Looe, one of five cottages converted from a former coach house and stables. Parkland scenery overlooking the Looe Valley and a private garden distinguish it from the village cottages down by the harbour.

Inside, the layout covers a master bedroom, a twin, a single, and one bathroom. Original beams have been kept alongside an open fire and central heating, making the cottage workable year-round. Equipment includes wifi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and accessibility features. Dogs are welcome.

Outside, the cottage has a private garden within the shared parkland. Parking is included. The elevated position gives a quieter feel than the town's waterfront, while keeping Looe's harbour, fish market and sandy beach a short drive away.

Looe is a twin-harbour fishing port on the south coast, linked by a single bridge across the River Looe, with a focus on seafood restaurants and working boats. Polperro, reached along the South West Coast Path west of Looe, is a pedestrian-only fishing village worth the walk. Prices start from GBP 695 per week, rising to GBP 1,465 in peak season, with Friday changeovers.
