The ground floor has limestone flooring throughout, opening into a sitting room with a large inglenook fireplace, velvet two-seater sofa, and two armchairs. A wall-mounted Smart TV with LG soundbar sits opposite. The kitchen is well equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, electric fan oven with hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and slimline dishwasher. Upstairs, the front twin bedroom converts to a king-size and has an en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath. The rear king-size bedroom overlooks the garden and has its own en-suite shower room.

A secluded patio garden at the back has a table, chairs, and charcoal barbecue. Two dogs are welcome. Trevaunance Cove - the village beach with surf, bodyboarding, and summer lifeguards - is 1.1km downhill. Trevellas Cove, a quieter pebble cove suited to snorkelling, lies 1.5km away.

St Agnes is a former tin-mining village set above the coast, with the Wheal Coates engine house on the cliffs and St Agnes Beacon offering 360-degree views across Cornwall. The village has independent shops, galleries, and The Taphouse pub with regular live music.
