Bluck's Cottage is a two-bedroom property on Rosemundy in St Agnes, a former tin-mining village on Cornwall's north coast. The cottage has an enclosed rear garden with a wetsuit and pet rinsing station - a practical touch given the proximity to surf beaches.

Inside, two king-size bedrooms (one with zip-and-link beds) sit upstairs, with a walk-in shower room on the ground floor. The sitting room has an electric wood-burning stove, and the kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and fridge/freezer. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The enclosed garden includes a patio, lawn area, BBQ, and outdoor seating. An outdoor toilet and storage area sit alongside the wetsuit rinse. Trevaunance Cove, St Agnes's main surf beach with lifeguard cover in summer, is 0.7 miles away. Trevellas Cove, a quieter pebble beach known for snorkelling and shore fishing, lies 1 mile to the north.

St Agnes village is within walking distance - the local shop and pub are roughly 150 metres away. The South West Coast Path connects St Agnes to Chapel Porth beach to the south and Porthtowan beyond, with the Wheal Coates engine house a regular landmark on the cliff walk. Two dogs are welcome.
