The enclosed rear garden has a deck, outdoor shower, and charcoal barbecue - a useful combination for a property this close to the coast. A dishwasher and washing machine are included indoors. The kitchen also has an oven and hob and a fridge/freezer, with a breakfast bar seating four, and the family bathroom has a shower over the bath. Arrival is after 4pm and departure is before 10am.

Trevaunance Cove is 800 metres away - St Agnes's main beach, a small sandy cove backed by cliffs with a surf school operating in season and a cafe on the foreshore. Trevellas Cove, a rockier and quieter option, is 0.8 miles east. Perranporth's two-mile sandy beach is 3.2 miles south along the B3285.

St Agnes village centre is a 10-minute walk, with the Taphouse pub and a cluster of independent cafes along the main street. The cliff-top South West Coast Path is accessible from the village, running north to Porthtowan and south toward Chapel Porth.

Best for couples or small families who want a self-contained base near the coast with outdoor cooking space. Less suited to remote workers or groups requiring more than four beds.
