Trevaunance Cove is 800 metres away - St Agnes's main beach, a small sandy cove backed by cliffs with a surf school operating in season and a cafe on the foreshore. Trevellas Cove, a rockier and quieter option, is 1.3km east. Perranporth's two-mile sandy beach is 5.2km south along the B3285.

St Agnes village centre is a 10-minute walk, with the Taphouse pub and a cluster of independent cafes along the main street. The cliff-top South West Coast Path is accessible from the village, running north to Porthtowan and south toward Chapel Porth.

Best for couples or small families who want a self-contained base near the coast with outdoor cooking space and don't need a constant internet connection. Less suited to remote workers or groups requiring more than four beds.
