This classy town centre property, set across three floors, is in the heart of St Ives Bay, which is ideal for a group of friends or a family who want a coastal holiday to remember. The highly desirable location of this seaside cottage will be clear as soon as you arrive. Within 0.5 miles, you can find the sandy Porthminster Beach, boutique shops, the harbour, famous art galleries and numerous delicious eateries. St Ives is dotted with beautiful beaches and also has a train station for ease of transport out of the town to other nearby coastal towns.

As you step inside the property, you’ll be met with an entrance hall with a slate-tiled floor. On the ground floor are two stylish bedrooms, a bathroom, and a utility room. One of the bedrooms has a double bed with pretty plantation shutters. Looking out of the window, you’ll catch a glimpse of the sea in the distance. The other bedroom is a twin room with rustic metal bed frames and touches of coastal decor. Step inside the bathroom and admire the dual head walk-in shower. Walk back through to the hallway, and follow the stairs up to the first floor into the open-plan kitchen/dining/living room, which is neutral-toned with additional luxurious touches of rich blues and gold as well as solid oak flooring. To one side of the room, there’s a plush corner sofa and an armchair beside two large windows which boast views of the harbour. Between the sofa and kitchen area, a table and chairs are waiting for you to sit at while enjoying a home-cooked meal. Also, your toes will be toasty from the warmth of the underfloor heating. The immaculate, modern kitchen area offers plenty of surface space for preparing food on the quartz countertops. Cook up a storm on the five-ring Neff gas hob and electric oven. Also in the kitchen area are some French doors which will lead you to the steps up to the terraced garden. Climb the stairs up to the second floor and you’ll find yourself in the elegant master bedroom. The room has white wooden flooring, chandeliers and chic furniture. Enjoy a rejuvenating night’s sleep on the designer king-size sleigh bed. Wake up in the morning, open the curtains and step out onto the Juliet balcony where you can breathe in the ocean air and admire the harbour views. This room also boasts an en-suite with a bath.

Outside, there is a terraced area with comfortable rattan garden furniture, where you can sit and enjoy distant sea views with a glass of bubbly. Please note, children must be supervised outside as the garden is not enclosed.
