14 Virgin Street is a three-bedroom cottage on a central St Ives street, sleeping six, with sea views from the bay window of one double bedroom. Traditional whitewashed houses surround the property, and Porthmeor Beach is 100 metres away. A stone staircase on the outside of the building leads up to the front door.

The bedrooms comprise two doubles and one twin. One bathroom serves all six guests, a practical limitation for a full group. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are included. The kitchen has a gas hob, a fan oven, a fridge and a microwave. Dogs are not accepted.

The garden provides outdoor seating for the group, though a barbecue, EV charger and off-road parking are all absent.
