28 Piazza

28 Piazza is a reverse-level duplex apartment in St Ives, spread over the ground and first floors. The ground floor holds a double bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower and a bunk room, and the first floor has a twin bedroom and a shower room with a walk-in shower. Six guests is the capacity.

Up on the first floor is the open-plan living space, with the kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, and there is a Smart TV, a selection of books and WiFi. Electric central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The shop, pub and beach are all 10 metres away, and guests have their own private beach door. There is an onsite launderette. The property does not offer parking, so plan for that before you book, and note that Sunday arrivals are not accepted. In the school summer holidays only 7-night bookings are taken; at other times short breaks run Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday.

No pets and no smoking. It suits a group of up to six who want the shops, pub and beach right outside, and it is less good for anyone who needs to park at the door or wants to avoid stairs, since the living space and shower room are on the first floor.
