2 Salubrious Terrace is a three-bedroom triplex apartment in St Ives, sleeping six across the first, second and third floors. Two king-size rooms are on the second floor and one twin is on the third, while the open-plan living area occupies the first floor.

A single shower room with walk-in shower serves all six guests. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and a washing machine are included, and off-road parking is provided on site. Pets are not accepted. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, so there is little to arrange beyond arrival.

The triplex layout means stairs are unavoidable between the three main living levels. A highchair and travel cot can be requested for families with young children. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am, with changeover falling on Saturdays.
