Mermaid Cottage is a three-bedroom cottage on Rose Hill in Port Isaac, a working fishing village on the north Cornwall coast known as the filming location for ITV's Doc Martin. The property sits within walking distance of the harbour, local shops, and the village pub.

Inside, the cottage has a king-size bedroom, a double, and a bunk room across its upper floors, with a walk-in shower room and separate cloakroom. The sitting room centres on a woodburning stove, and a second stove warms the snug. The kitchen comes with an induction hob, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, while a smart TV with Freeview covers evenings in.
