Breath taking views greet you on your arrival into Newquay as the high cliffs drop into the Atlantic. This resort has become the UK's lifestyle hotspot and a Mecca for surfing fans, the closest beaches are Fistral, for surfing, and Crantock beach which can be accessed by the ferry across the Gannel River. There are also many other nearby beaches including Towan, Tolcarne and Lusty Glaze. The original Newquay harbour still retains its fishing fleet and is a great place to relax and unwind in the restaurants next to, and overlooking the harbour. Attractions in the local area include many restaurants, a golf course, boating lake, miniature railway, Newquay Zoo, Blue Reef aquarium, Dairyland, Pirate's Quest, the Eden Project and many National Trust properties, such as, Trerice Manor which is less than 4 miles away

The property is set within a Duchy of Cornwall development, which was commended in the British Home awards 2016. On entering the property guests will realise the sense of style, which is evident throughout the property. The comfortable lounge offers luxurious sofa’s arranged around the flame effect electric fire with mood lighting, Smart TV with Wi-Fi sound bar and Blue-ray DVD. Patio doors from the lounge open in to the garden. Exploring the property further is the open plan kitchen / diner. Offering the perfect space for family meals in the dining area of the kitchen with Smart TV, Blu-ray DVD and Xbox. On the opposite side of the room the well-equipped kitchen can be found with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, washer / dryer and coffee machine. Upstairs the accommodation offers three bedrooms, the first of these a super-king size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made in to a twin bedroom upon request) with Smart TV and Blu-ray DVD. There is also a double bedroom, also with Smart TV and a bunk bedroom which is suitable for children only that has a Smart TV. The bathroom offers a bath with separate shower and WC, with a further WC on the ground floor.

Heading outside is an enclosed secure level garden laid to lawn with shrubs around the edge and large patio, with gorgeous Wendy House, seating and BBQ There is also a facility to hose down wet suits, after a day’s surfing nearby. The front of the cottage overlooks a quiet communal gated garden with seating area.
