The property is very close to a pretty bucket-and-spade beach, shops, restaurants and pubs, while Loe Bar (1.5 miles) combines a freshwater lake with a quiet and beautiful stretch of sand. Children and adults alike will enjoy the seal sanctuary at Gweek (8 miles) and the Helston Heritage Steam Railway (5 miles). Enjoy the atmospheric medieval gardens at the National Trust’s Godolphin Estate (5 miles) and be sure to climb the top of Godolphin Hill for a splendid view of West Cornwall, from St Ives Bay to St Michael’s Mount.
The ground floor has a comfortable living room with a large bay window and window seat which has glorious views of the busy harbour and sea. The stylish kitchen has everything needed for a self catering holiday and leads through to the dining area with a fine oak table and wishbone chairs. There is also a luxurious bathroom with roll-top bath close by. On the second floor wake up to a picture-postcard outlook of the sea and harbour from an elegant king-size bedroom with a sleigh bed. Also on this floor, there are two further bedrooms, one twin room, a small, cosy single room plus a walk-in shower room with WC.
