Electric oven and hob, instant boiling tap, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster. 5 x TVs, 2 x Sonos speaker, WiFi, DVD player. Power, and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen, towel robes (for adults) and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available on request. Designated parking for 1 car, off-road parking in overspill car park for extra cars. FREE electric vehicle charging is available at designated communal charging points. Enclosed deck with furniture, hot tub and outside shower. BBQ stand for disposable BBQs. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Please enquire if you wish to bring other pets. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub, bakery 1.2 miles, beach, fish and chip shop and restaurant 1 mile. Note: the hot tub is fully drained, cleaned, and refilled on every changeover prior to your arrival, as a result, it may take some time to reach its optimal temperature and not be ready for immediate use on your arrival day.
