Gull Rock Portreath is a single-storey, 3-bedroom cottage set within a resort complex in Portreath on Cornwall's north coast, sleeping 6. The standout feature is the combination of on-site resort facilities included in the booking: a heated indoor swimming pool, nine-hole golf course, sauna, steam room, and gym - alongside a private sunken hot tub on the decking outside the cottage itself.

The cottage is open-plan across the living and kitchen area, with a wood burner as the focal point. The three bedrooms are a king-size with en suite, a zip-and-link twin (convertible to a super-king on request), and a standard twin. EV charging is available on site. Dogs are not accepted. There is no garden, but the decked area with the hot tub serves as the main outside space.

Portreath Beach is 0.4 miles on foot - firm sand at low tide with Atlantic surf. Portreath marks the western end of the Coast to Coast mineral tramway trail, a popular cycling route south to Devoran on the Fal estuary. Godrevy Beach and its lighthouse are a short drive east along the coast, and Porthtowan is west along the cliff path.

Less good for: guests expecting a private garden or a quiet rural setting; the resort context means it is a shared-grounds arrangement.
