Phoenix is a four-bedroom house at Talland Bay with sea views from most rooms and its own access down to the cove. The property sleeps 2 in its standard configuration and sits between Looe and Polperro, a short walk from the South West Coast Path.

Inside, the layout runs across two bathrooms, a living area with an open fire and a kitchen fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine. Wifi runs throughout. The rooms are arranged to make use of the outlook, with the sea visible from the main living spaces and most bedrooms.

Outside, the secluded garden catches the evening sun, and there is private parking. Steps from the property lead directly down to Talland Bay, a sheltered sand and shingle cove set between two headlands. The beach has a seasonal cafe and is a swim and snorkel spot in summer.

Talland Bay sits between Looe (around 3 km east) and Polperro (around 2 km west), both working fishing harbours with pubs, cafes and galleries. The coast path runs along the cliffs in both directions, and Looe's main station on the Looe Valley Line gives car-free access to the wider South East Cornwall area.
