An “upside down” contemporary cottage at Talland Bay, with the main living space on the upper floor to make the most of coastal views through a full-height window. The glass-walled balcony - fitted with table and chairs - looks out across the south Cornwall coastline. A wood-burning stove heats the open-plan living area on cooler evenings.

The three-bedroom layout includes two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and an enclosed utility room with washer and dryer. The vaulted ceiling in the upper living area gives the space a sense of scale. On-site facilities include a swimming pool, sauna, and gym - available regardless of the weather.

Talland Bay beach is just 100 metres away, with its sheltered shingle-and-sand coves and rock pools. Lekerock Cove is 500 metres along the coast, and Hannafore Beach at Looe sits 3.4 km to the east. One dog is welcome, and parking is included on site.

The bay lies midway between Looe and Polperro, both about 2.5 miles along the coast path. This stretch of the South West Coast Path is one of the more manageable sections on the south coast, with moderate climbs and harbour villages at either end. The nearest shops are in Looe or Polperro.
