Seaways

Seaways is a four-bedroom house on a hillside above Polperro with a private outdoor pool and sunken hot tub. The property is designed for upscale stays with sea views from most rooms and direct access to the South West Coast Path from the foot of the garden.

Inside, soaring ceilings and expansive windows draw daylight into the living spaces, with a dedicated kitchen for cooking, a separate lounge for quieter evenings and luxurious bedrooms upstairs. Three bathrooms spread the facilities across the house, making it workable for several couples or a family with older children.

Outside, the heated pool sits at the centre of the property with sun loungers around it, and the sunken hot tub is positioned for sea views in private. A large outdoor terrace runs along one side for evening meals and drinks. Pool and hot tub are open mid-May to mid-September only. Wifi, parking, open fire and a full complement of kitchen appliances are included; dogs are welcome.

Polperro village and its working fishing harbour sit below, with independent shops, pubs and regular boat trips from the quay. The coast path connects east to Looe and west to Lansallos and Fowey. The property has a number of external steps, which makes it unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
