Talland 19, known as "The Deck", is a three-bedroom nautically-themed house on the gated Talland Bay development between Looe and Polperro. It sleeps two and sits within a private estate of 33 properties on the south Cornwall coast, with shared access to an indoor pool, outdoor plunge pool, sauna and gym.

Inside, the two-storey layout runs to three bedrooms and three bathrooms across two levels, a contemporary kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and a living area with south-west views. Outside, the landscaped communal gardens connect to the shared facilities: a 12m x 6m heated indoor pool, a naturally filtered outdoor plunge pool open year-round, a sauna and a small gym. Each property has parking and a private patio. Changeover is on Saturdays, with prices from 748 GBP per week rising to 2,175 GBP at peak. Dogs are welcome, and on-site managers handle concierge requests including taxi and boat bookings.

Talland Bay is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with two small coves, a beach cafe, and a section of the coast path linking Looe and Polperro - both about 2.5 miles away. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are both within reach for day trips.
