Inside, the interior is decorated in neutrals with artwork adding accent colour. The open living and kitchen area opens onto a private paved area, with WiFi throughout, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Ground-floor access is straightforward and an EV charge point is on site. Changeover is on Fridays, with prices from 607 GBP per week rising to 1,390 GBP at peak.

Outside, the private paved area leads onto a grassed space, and residents share the estate's indoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, two tennis courts, a games room with pool and table tennis, and a children's play area. The beach is a short walk down the path.

Maenporth is a sheltered south-facing cove with a beach cafe and kayak hire, about 2 miles south of Falmouth. The coast path links the beach north to Swanpool and Falmouth, and south through woodland to Trebah Garden's beach and Helford Passage.
