Outside, an area of lawn enclosed by brick walls and a gate is found at the front of the property, ideal for children wanting to play. The rear patio, furnished with a bistro set, is the place for adults to linger with a glass of wine and watch the comings and goings of the harbour directly beneath, separated from the property’s edge by a wrought-iron balustrade.
