Beachspoke Loft

A first-floor loft apartment in Portreath, a beach village on Cornwall's north coast 4 miles from Redruth. Beachspoke Loft has an open fire in the sitting area, an EV charging point, and driveway parking for two cars - practical touches that set it apart from typical coastal lets.

The loft sleeps four across two bedrooms: one super king-size with TV and one king-size with a zip-link option that converts to twin beds on request. A single bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin, and WC. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining area, and a sitting area centred on the woodburning stove. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Smart TV, WiFi, bed linen, and towels are all included. A highchair and cot are available on request. Bike and sport equipment storage is provided - useful given the area's cycling routes.

Portreath Beach is 700 metres away, a sandy north-coast beach with reliable Atlantic surf and a harbour originally built for the copper trade. The Coast to Coast mineral tramway cycle route starts from the village, running south across Cornwall to Devoran on the Fal estuary.

The village has a pub, cafes, and a beach shop within a 5-minute walk. The coast path west toward Porthtowan passes dramatic cliffs with remains of clifftop mine workings, while heading east leads to the more sheltered stretch toward Godrevy. Pets are not accepted. Check-in is from 4pm, checkout by 11am, with Saturday changeover for weekly bookings.
